In her most recent role as the Operations & Finance Manager at SCFF LLC in New York, Roberta played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s internal processes. Through her strategic initiatives, she successfully modernized the firm's operations, significantly enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction. Previously, Roberta acted as a consultant, empowering small and women-owned businesses to achieve their marketing and business objectives. She leveraged design thinking, strategic communication, and data-driven insights to elevate brand presence, connect with target audiences, and drive growth.
Roberta holds a B.A. in graphic design and enriched her academic journey with a year of study at Porto University in Portugal. Fluent in English and Portuguese, she finds joy in art, books, and spending leisure time with her husband and two children.
